Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete and another email with tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping Time
Shipping times typically range from 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier service.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping
- We currently only ship within Canada and the United States.

Lost or Delayed Packages
While we aim for timely deliveries, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs delays, strikes).
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at ciphersandsplendors@outlook.com with your order number, and we’ll assist in locating it.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at ciphersandsplendors@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your package, including your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly.
Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
